These Preemies Are Smiling For A Reason: They Are Happy To Be Here!

There are many reasons to be happy in life but it doesn’t matter who we are, we are going to have some difficulties from time to time. Many of us begin to experience those difficulties later in life but for some, the difficulties happen at a much earlier age. That is especially true for children who were born prematurely.

Medical science has made great strides in helping premature babies to survive and even to thrive. Within the past few decades, we have seen amazing things occur and children who are born earlier and earlier are able to make it quite successfully. For the parents who have had these little miracle babies, there is nothing that can keep them from smiling when they look down at that precious bundle of joy. As it turns out, those babies have a lot to smile about as well.

A premature baby is a child that was born prior to 37 weeks of pregnancy. Since they are born so early in the pregnancy, they are much weaker and tend to have less of a chance of surviving but these little babies are fighters.

Most of us would agree that there is nothing quite like watching a baby smile and for some parents, they need to wait weeks or perhaps even months before they see that smile appear. That isn’t the case with these preemies. In fact, the smiles from these preemies are guaranteed to make the parents smile and when you see them, you will smile from the heart.
